  1. Combine zucchini, onions, carrots, and soup. Combine sour cream and flour and stir into vegetables. Toss crumbs and butter. Put half of the crumbs on the bottom of the crockpot; then vegetables; put remainder of crumbs on top. Cook on low for 7 hours.
