  1. Mix corn flakes and 1/4 melted butter, set aside.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Spread potato mixture evenly in 13x9 inch greased dish.
  4. Spread corn flake mixture over potato mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
