Directions:

  1. Place meat, diced onions, Rotel and beef broth in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. When meat is cook, shred it.
  4. If continuing on to make chimichangas, follow Oven-Fried Chicken Chimichangas.
