Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs pork steak , cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper , cut into strips
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in oil; place in crock pot.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and add to pork.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Serve over rice.
