Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fish fillet
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp season salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix the bread crumbs and spices together.
  2. Coat the fish in the crumb mixture.
  3. Panfry the fish in the butter/oil blend unil well browned.
