Baked Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon , juice of
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 -4 lbs chicken, cut into 8 pieces

Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients, place in a plastic bag and shake to mix.
  2. Combine lemon juice, butter and oil.
  3. Add chicken and turn pieces to coat.
  4. Shake chicken in crumb mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Place on 15 x 10 baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Preheat broiler and broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
