Creole Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2-3 tbsp hellmann's mayonnaise
  • black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In pan bring eggs to boil, then boil for 10 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon slices until crisp, drain on paper towel
  3. After eggs are cooked, remove from stove
  4. Place eggs in cold water to cool
  5. Peel eggs and cut into half
  6. Remove yolks and place in a bowl
  7. Mash yolks with a fork until fine
  8. Add mayonnaise and Creole mustard, black pepper
  9. Mix thoroughly
  10. Crumble cooked bacon
  11. Add bacon to egg mixture, mix again
  12. Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves
  13. Refrigerate
