Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and pour into a ramekin cup.
  2. Add egg.
  3. Add cream (do not stir) and then add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake egg at 350 degrees untill desired doneness. (5-10 min).
