Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mushroom, diced (canned are ok)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt the Butter in a frying pan.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into the pan, stir until the eggs are set.
