Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a 1 quart casserole dish.
  3. In 1 quart saucepan over medium heat cook onions (in small amount of oil or butter) until tender.
  4. Stir in soup and cream cheese, cook stirring until smooth and hot.
  5. In casserole alternate potatoes and hot sauce, end with sauce layer.
  6. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
