Creamed Eggs With Ham

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped ham

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and blend in flour.
  2. Add milk gradually stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes then add seasonings, ham and eggs.
  4. Serve at once on split English muffins or keep warm in top of double boiler.
