Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
