Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup of uncooked oats
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and pack firmly into pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
