Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT the gravy.
  2. Shape into 6 oblong patties.
  3. In a skillet, brown patties in a small amout of butter or shortening, on both sides.
  4. Pour off any fat.
  5. Add gravy, cover & simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes & a vegetable.
