Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute' the onions, celery, and bell peppers in the margarine until the onions are clear.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. COVER.
  4. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Add parsley and crawfish or shrimp and cook another 15 minutes.
  6. Add Half& Half, cheese, garlic and Jalapeno pappers.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook 15 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, cook fetuccini noodles according to package directions, but do not add salt to water.
  10. Combine cooked noodles with other ingredients and bake in 4 quart dish at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
