Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat egg, orange juice and peel; stir into dry ingredients just until blended.
  3. Add the cranberries and walnuts. Spoon into a greased and floured 8-in. x 4-in. x 2-in. loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
