Cracker Barrell Grilled Chicken Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast , cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix together dressing, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce and place in a ziplock bag.
  2. Add chicken strips and let marinate a few hours or overnigh in the refrigerator. (I always let it set overnight).
  3. Heat an inside grill such as a george foreman grill or heat a skillet on the stovetop and braise chicken strips until golden brown.
  4. Enjoy!
