Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water,drain
  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat brown chopped bacon,drain on paper towels and set aside
  3. Drain bacon grease, saving 1 Tbsp
  4. Brown ground sirloin in reserved bacon grease until cooked and crumbled, drain and set aside
  5. Heat olive oil in skillet, saute onion and garlic until translucent
  6. Return sirloin to pan, add worchestershire and tabasco
  7. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
  8. Add drained spaghetti, mix well, turn heat to low and simmer an additional 10 minutes until thickened
  9. Serve in pasta bowls, topped with shredded cheddar, scallions and chopped bacon
