Directions:

  1. Wash and tear lettuce into bite size pieces then place into a large serving bowl.
  2. Cut the onions, celery, radishes, mushrooms, pepper, cucumber and radicchio into coarse dices.
  3. Add to lettuce then mix in remaining vegetables.
  4. Serve with your favorite dressing.
