Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. celery
  • 1/2 cup. diced onion
  • 1 1/2 cup. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cup. milk
  • 1 cup. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes,celery, onion,water,bouillon
  2. And salt in a large saucepan.
  3. Cover;cook for about 20 min
  4. Or until potatoes are just tender, not mushy.
  5. Add 1 cup milk; heat.
  6. Mix sour cream ,flour chives and remaining milk in a medium bowl.
  7. Stir in sour cream mixture into soup base gradually.
  8. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
