Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (9 oz) package jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 9 greased baking pan.
  4. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minute.
