Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) package jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) package jiffy golden yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
  2. Combine all ingredients until blended.
  3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  4. Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
