Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blanche the onion in water.
  2. Mix egg substitute and skim milk. Mix in the parmesan cheese, herbs, salt and pepper and the cottage cheese.
  3. Put the cabbage in a 9 inch fluted quiche pan. Pour the custard over the cabbage. Bake the custard at 375° for about 30 minutes or until it is set
