Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg whites and skim milk together
  3. In a shallow pan or dish, mix together seasoning and gently crushed corn flakes.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts into the egg/milk mixture and then into the corn flake mixture.
  5. Spray the bottom of a baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken in dish.
  6. Lightly spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
