  1. Dice cream cheese and bring to room temperature.
  2. Drain corn and tomatoes and mix together.
  3. Mix in cream cheese.
  4. Add chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a glass pie plate or shallow casserole dish.
