Ingredients:

  • 11 oz can corn
  • 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Saute onion until tender. Add tomatoes, beans, corn and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes. Add spices and cook for another 2-5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
