Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups scalded milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and seasonings.
  2. Add beaten egg.
  3. Mix.
  4. Add hot milk.
  5. Cook over hot water 12-15 mins.
  6. Add butter and vinegar.
  7. Beat smooth.
  8. Chill.
  9. Thin with milk or French dressing iff too thick.
