Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bring to a light boil, whisking constantly until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, cool slightly then whisk in mayo.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cool completely before adding to you potato or pasta salad.
