Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/4 cups scalded milk
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Mix flour and seasonings.
2. Add beaten egg.
3. Mix.
4. Add hot milk.
5. Cook over hot water 12-15 mins.
6. Add butter and vinegar.
7. Beat smooth.
8. Chill.
9. Thin with milk or French dressing iff too thick.
