Ingredients:

  • 2 cup raw conch meat dice small
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onion ( vidalia)
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1-1/3 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • to taste.

Directions:

  1. DICE THE PEPPER, VEGETABLES AND PEEL AND DICE THE CUCUMBER. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX THOROUGHLY. THE SMALLER THE DICE THE BETTER THE SALAD.
  2. I LIKE TO ADD TOMATO SAUCE TO MAKE IT THICKER AND GIVE IT SOME BODY. ADD MORE LIME JUICE FOR A HOTTER SALAD.
  3. MAKE A DAY AHEAD!!
