Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan, remove from heat and add brown sugar, stir until dissolved cool slightly.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Stir in flour and baking powder.
  5. Mix thourghly add coconut.
  6. Pour into 9x13 pan sprayed w/Pam.
  7. Bake at 350 30 minutes cut while warm.
