Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, egg & vanilla in mixing bowl.
  3. Beat well until light & fluffy.
  4. Sift together flour, baking powder & salt, and stir into butter sugar mixture.
  5. Spread in greased 8 square pan.
  6. Bake 25-30 minute.
