Ingredients:

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Blend yogurt, applesauce and honey.
  2. Pour into paper cups.
  3. Cover with foil, make a slit in center of foil.
  4. Insert popsicle stick.
  5. Freeze.
