Cilantro-Lime Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Rub pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Sear pork on both sides in pan. Cover and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
