Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, beat butter and peanut butter together until creamy.
  2. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Sift together flour, soda and salt.
  5. Add flour, soda and salt.
  6. Stir until completely combined.
  7. With wooden spoon, stir in peanut butter cups, peanuts and chocolate chips.
  8. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
  10. Cool on wire rack.
