Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
  2. Add egg and beat together well.
  3. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar together.
  4. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold in oatmeal and chocolate chips.
  6. Form dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with fork in a criss cross pattern.
  7. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
