Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork ribs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add ribs and marinate 24 hours.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (check for doneness).
  4. Serve with white rice.
