Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice

Who can resist chinese fried rice with shrimps, eggs, and finelly sliced green onions, eeemmmss I'm hungry again
Ingredients:
3 bowls of cooked rice (cold)
100 grams of shrimp
2 eggs
1/2 bowl of finely slicced spring onion
1 garlic, minced
1 chilli, roughly chopped (if you like the heat)
2 tbs of soy sauce
pinch of salt
pinch of white pepper
pinch of sugar or hon dashi (to replace msg)
Directions:
1. Heat your wok, saute garlic and chilli until fragant
2. add shrimp, stirr until shrimp turns pink, add eggs, stirr
3. add rice, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar / hondahsi
4. toss well, add spring onions, toss to mix everthing well, serve
