Thai Rice Noodle Stir Fry With Pork And Kay Lan

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl
  2. Heat oil, brown sliced pork, stir until pork is cooked
  3. Add garlic and chilli stir until fagant and garlic is golden brown
  4. Add eggs, stir to break the eggs
  5. Add rice noodles, sauce, stir to mix everything well
  6. Add kay lan, keep stirring and tossing your wok
  7. Turn off the heat, serve while it's hot
