  1. Bring the water to the boil, add the pork, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, tofu.
  2. Stir in the salt, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar and sesame oil.
  3. Cook for around 15 minutes, taste,
  4. Mix the cornstarch and water. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the soup, stir well, add in the beaten egg, stir again
  5. Garnish with sping onion Serve hot.
