Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and soy sauce in a skillet.
  2. Add eggs and cook for 5 minutes, basting and turning eggs until the eggs become dark.
  3. Slice eggs and place on serving plate.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
  5. Can be served warm or cold.
