Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix soy, Sherry, ginger, sesame oil,& garlic.
  2. Soak 6 bamboo skewers in water for 1/2 hour.
  3. Thread chicken on the skewers alternating with mushrooms, jicama& green onions Place skewers in a large shallow dish that will allow all the skewers to lay flat in one layer Pour on the marinade.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours turning occasionally.
  5. Remove from marinade and sprinkle skewers with Sesame seeds (if using).
  6. BBQ or broil the skewers for apprx 8 minutes turning every two minutes.
  7. Serve on a bed of watercress.
