Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb dry pasta
  • 1/2 lb carrots
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1/2 lb zuchinni
  • 1/4 lb onion
  • 1/4 lb celery
  • 1/2 lb kale

Directions:

  1. Clean and dice vegetables
  2. Dice chicken
  3. Cook pasta separately
  4. Drain and rinse canned beans cook all ingredients together except pasta, kale and zuchinni
  5. When vegetables begin getting soft add kale and zukes
  6. Add as much pasta as necessary...not too much
