cooked chicken (or pork or beef) with fresh vegetables, legumes and pasta
Ingredients:
3/4 pound cooked chicken breast
1/4 pound dry pasta
15 ounces canned white beans
32 ounces chicken broth
1/2 pound carrots
1 pound asparagus
1/2 pound zuchinni
1/4 pound onion
1/4 pound celery
1/2 pound kale
Directions:
1. clean and dice vegetables
2. dice chicken
3. cook pasta separately
4. drain and rinse canned beans cook all ingredients together except pasta, kale and zuchinni
5. when vegetables begin getting soft add kale and zukes
6. add as much pasta as necessary...not too much
