Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken breast until tender.
  2. Remove meat from bone.
  3. Spray 9 by 13 pan with low fat spray.
  4. Cut at least 9 tortillas into strips.
  5. Line the bottom of the pan until covered.
  6. In a small skillet, melt cream cheese and the jar of cheese with chilies.
  7. Add milk to a sauce consistency.
  8. Sprinkle red pepper.
  9. Break chicken into small pieces and place in pan, layer with tortillas strips and alternate until pan is filled.
  10. Pour cheese mixture over the top.
  11. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  12. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
