  1. Heat large saucepan and melt butter and oil. Salt and pepper on chicken. Dredge in flour. Saute chicken 3 minutes on each side. Remove to plate and cover. Add broth, lemon juice, and capers to pan. Bring to boil. Return chicken to pan with sauce
