Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/5 lbs chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups pasta sauce

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, beat egg and milk.
  2. In separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  4. Dredge chicken breasts in egg mixture and then in cheese and bread mixture.
  5. Brown on both sides then transfer to pan layered with marinara sauce.
  6. Top with more marinara sauce and with cheddar jack cheese.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly.
