Ingredients:

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp capers

Directions:

  1. Pan sear chicken
  2. Saute veggies in olive oil
  3. Cook udon noodles (half pkg)
  4. Add flour to veggies to thicken
  5. Add noodles and cheese ravs or tort
