Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. Meanwhile brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper and garlic.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce, basil and oregano and simmer 10 minutes. Remove 1 cup of meat sauce and set aside.
  5. Mix noodles into meat sauce.
  6. Place 1/2 of the noodle mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
  7. Combine ricotta cheese, egg and parsley. Spread on top of noodle mixture.
  8. Layer 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over cassserole.
  9. Place remaining noodle, meat mixture on top of the cheese layer.
  10. Layer 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on casserole. Dot remaining set aside meat sauce over the top of the casserole.
  11. Cover and bake for 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
  12. Uncover and bake for ten minutes.
