Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring oil to med/hi heat.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour.
  3. Heat chicken until 80-90 percent cooked.
  4. Drain oil.
  5. For sauce.
  6. Add white wine about 1/2 way up the side of the pan.
  7. Pour in everything else.
  8. Reduce down to almost a glaze on the chicken.
  9. Serve over rice.
